What initially began as a means of relieving stress has become a career of helping people take control of their bodies. Kari has enjoyed working with people of all shapes, sizes, and physical states. From injury rehabilitation to those trying to avoid major surgery, Kari has used the power of movement and encouragement to help them transform.
